To Marry a British Lord - Judith O'Brien I liked, admired and rooted for Constance from the first chapter, she was one of those heroines that I didn't have to warm up to but instantly loved. And the moment she and Joseph meet the sparks fly. Theirs is a delightful relationship full of humor, and tenderness and from the moment they meet you know they belong together. There is absolutely no question that they weren't made for each other. Most of the time when reading a romance I can't figure out why the heck the h/h are falling in love with each other. Usually it's just a case of lusting over each others gorgeous bods. Refreshingly, it's not the case in this book!
