It's very high in calories, fat, and relies heavily on meat & cheese (which we're doing our best to say away from). I made one of the dishes and it took me far longer than 30 minutes. Rachael (like many cooks) seems to forget that we can't all afford to have someone prep our ingredients for us before we set out to cook!
